Carradale Community Trust secured the Seneval site in 2019 for a Green Waste Management Scheme for the village.

CCT were successful in their asset transfer request to purchase 1.8 hectares at Seneval Wood to create a community garden waste composting site and a path with exercise areas to provide a link from the forest track to the path at the shore. This would therefore make it possible to walk from the Network Centre to the shore, away from the road.
